“There is a peace that Christ bestows on us.”
Today’s lesson speaks of a peace
deep and quiet, undisturbable and wholly changeless
(W-pII.305.1:1, 2)
that you will experience when you use Christ’s vision.
There is no contradiction in the creative qualities that make up Christ’s vision, there is no pulling this way or that. All of the qualities support each other in harmony: Love supports Freedom and harmonizes with it, Beauty supports Joy and harmonizes with it, and so forth. Together they form a joyful, peaceful and dynamic pattern that the world’s strife and struggle can never achieve.
All of these qualities are accessible within. And when you focus on them there, they will enlarge in your inner experience of yourself and then you will see them reflected in the images you see in the world.
