A holy instant is a moment in time in which the truth is welcomed and received, the truth about your true nature and your function.
Your true nature and your function have nothing to do with the past and everything with being born anew to each new moment, when you leave the past and the future in the hands of God.
When you focus on the past or the future, you will allow feelings of guilt, remorse, worry and anxiety to flood your mind. When, instead, you focus on the newness of the current moment, you will notice the door to Joy and Love beckoning you to enter through it.
