“I rule my mind, which I alone must rule.”
Today’s lesson is about how you use your mind. It is a powerful instrument, for it is able to translate its content into images you see in the world: the inner shows itself in the outer.
And so the question becomes: Will you allow your mind to wander everywhere the wind blows and give free rein to thoughts that happen to pass by? Or will you acknowledge the mind’s capability and apply its strength toward the focus of your choosing? The mind will serve gladly, it stands at your disposal.
When you think worrying thoughts, then images that speak of worry will appear, reflecting and confirming that focus. But when you think appreciating thoughts, then images that give rise to appreciation will appear, reflecting and confirming that focus.
You rule your mind, which is yours to rule.
