ACIM Workbook lesson 172

The following statements are given for review:

“God is but Love, and therefore so am I.”

153) “In my defenselessness my safety lies.”

“God is but Love, and therefore so am I.”

154) “I am among the ministers of God.”

“God is but Love, and therefore so am I.”

Attack, blame, expectation: They keep you locked into notions dictated by a narrow focus on a desired outcome. And so it follows that attacklessness, blamelessness and expectationlessness will help you in releasing that narrow grip. And in the same way do defenselessness, innocence and perfection signal the loosening of the hold on preferred outcome.

As long as you stay within the frame of a certain outcome, you will not be able to see the Light that lightens your path. When you let go, you will see the Light that guides you and those around you toward a larger and brighter reality. That is how you are a minister of God.
