ACIM Workbook lesson 146

The following statements are given for review:

My mind holds only what I think with God.

(131) “No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth.”

(132) “I loose the world from all I thought it was.”

The mind, as part of creation, is entirely in tune with the character of creative impulse. You, as part of creation, are entirely in tune with the character of creative impulse. It is a matter of the two aligning. When that happens you will in fact experience the relaying of creative impulse from the moment it wells up, all the way, through you, into expression.

The lining up will start to happen more often when dis-alignment will have become unbearable. You were created to experience divine extension in process and that is why anything less than that will not satisfy you and will form the impetus to start looking for another way.

That other way is found by setting the world you see around you free. In other words: by forgiving the people and situations around you all the inadequacies and wrongdoings you believe you see in them. There are no inadequacies, there are no wrongdoings. They are a personal interpretation that you have come to, based on the projection of mistaken notions. Just admitting that perhaps you do not know how a given situation should be judged will give you relief from tension. And the release allows an opening in your mind through which the light of truth will shine.
