The following thoughts are given for review:
(99) “Salvation is my only function here.“
(100) “My part is essential to God’s plan for salvation.“
“My function here is to forgive the world for all the errors I have made.” (W-pI.115.3:1)
This statement is indicative of the mirror principle of the mind. The moment you recognize that the images you see in the world are of your own making, you will understand that identifying with these images is keeping you chained to the world. Forgiveness unlocks the chains of mistaken identification.
When you have forgiven the world for all the errors you have made, you will no longer see the old, familiar world. It will have resolved in your experience because you will no longer be projecting it. This condition is like a Light unto others who may still be identifying with the images they think they see. Everyone is called to save themselves from “their own world” and lead others in the way as they do so.
