Five ideas for review:

6) I am upset because I see what is not there.

7) I see only the past.

8) My mind is preoccupied with past thoughts.

9) I see nothing as it is now.

10) My thoughts do not mean anything.

Today’s five review statements continue to guide you away from seeing and thinking as they are commonly experienced: concerned with interpretations of the past and with anxiety about the future. The more you remain focused on those fabrications, the more they will be part of your experience.

The Course is proposing a new way of seeing and thinking, a way that is inspired by Love, Joy, Freedom and Peace. Each new moment in time is an opportunity to focus on Light, Truth, Beauty and so forth, inner and outer, and to see and think in harmony with them. Then, new and increasingly lighter events and circumstances will flow into your life experience and into the life experience of those you touch. For the outer picture mirrors back to you the inner state of mind.
