“There is another way of looking at the world.”
Today’s exercise has you look in and out in turn, illustrating the fact that the thoughts on the inside are mirrored by the images on the outside. The mirroring is usually not literal. Usually, it is the essence of a thought that is mirrored by a circumstance. And so, it is the essence or the quality of thoughts and circumstances that this lesson is addressing. You could say to yourself:
“There is another way of working with my thoughts. I can change the quality of my thoughts and tune them to the highest creative quality I can imagine.”
Likewise with the world outside:
“There is another way of working with the images I see in the world. I can change my focus and zoom in on the highest creative quality I detect in it.”
Why would you want another way of looking at the world? The world is merely an effect.
Every thought, emotion, image and condition is an invitation to fine-tune your focus regarding it and align with the highest quality that comes to mind.
