Grace

Exchange with the guardians of my Akashic Records on grace:

In her book “How to Read the Akashic Records” Linda Howe suggests to ask the Records about grace. What is grace, how does it work and why is it important?

Grace is a crucial quality within the family of spiritual qualities that emanate from the natural default setting. The best translation of grace in everyday life would be ‘willingness to go the extra mile with/for someone’.

When someone steals your cloak, given them your shirt as well. When someone hits you on the cheek, offer them your other cheek as well (Luke 6:29). Not because you are a doormat, but because that willingness lifts you and them out of the framework established by the theft and the blow.

The person who stole from you or who delivered the blow, why did they do that? For someone who acts from the natural default setting it is unthinkable to hurt anyone. Their vibes are too pure to allow it. That means that when someone is able to impact another person negatively their vibrations have been compromised by some content of their mind that they are carrying with them and haven’t been able to let go of. That content resonates with the other person because of a similar dynamic in them. When you treat someone who trespasses in kind, you do nothing to alleviate your and their situation. A response in kind will cause all involved to become even more fixed in their positions.

When you act in grace, in a gentle willingness, you allow light to shine on the situation. By recognizing the other person as a spiritual creation with an innate natural default setting that gives rise to only the good and the beautiful, you raise the field of interaction. Your task and challenge and opportunity is to sew the seed by shining the light of your presence in each and every circumstance you find yourself in. The conditions of that circumstance, locality, atmosphere, company, etc., do not matter at all. It is your response and contribution to it that is the leaven that leavens the whole.

How do I access the infinite reservoir of Grace within me?

By being still, silent and feeling the space within, and then by consciously calling on it. It is there waiting for your invitation. Run with it!
